Reminder about changes to fines
I'm getting a lot of calls regarding the removal of the upper limit on certain offences. Can I remind everyone that fines are now unlimited for the following:
* Allowing the sale of alcohol to children (was £5,000)
* Knowingly allowing the consumption of alcohol on relevant premises by children (was £5,000)
* Persistently selling alcohol to children (was £20,000)
* Sale of alcohol to children (was £5,000)
* Unauthorised Licensable Activities (was £20,000)
